Students tap their card at the door terminal and parents get an SMS or WhatsApp message within seconds. School management sees who is inside, who is absent and staff working hours from one panel. No computer is needed at the school.

Geçiş Takip is a cloud-based system that connects a school's door security and attendance tracking. A card terminal at the gate sends every pass to the system over the internet; the system keeps the record, messages the parent and prepares the reports. The school does not need to run a computer, install software or take backups.

How it works

1. Card is tapped

   The student or staff member taps a card at the gate terminal; fingerprint and PIN are also supported.

2. Record reaches the cloud

   The terminal sends the pass within seconds. If the internet is down it stores events and syncs later.

3. Parent gets a message

   "Ayşe entered the school at 08:12" is delivered by SMS or WhatsApp.

4. Management watches the panel

   Who is inside, who is absent, who was late; reports export to Excel and open on the phone.

For parents: a report that installs on the phone

Each student's parent receives a private link. Without logging in or installing an app, the parent sees daily, weekly and monthly passes, adds the page to the home screen and opens it with one tap. Siblings appear on the same page. The school can also send an automatic weekly summary.

For management: one panel for everything

• Live access screen stays open at reception; every pass flows with a photo, unknown or lost cards show in red.
• Leave and early exit records; an unauthorised exit during lessons alerts the parent and the manager instantly.
• Staff attendance with the same card: late arrivals, early leaves, missing records and monthly timesheets.
• Visitor log with temporary cards that close automatically when tapped at the exit.
• Reports for any day, week or month: absentees, not-checked-out, late arrivals, class summary, device load.

Hardware

The system works with Hikvision standalone terminals supporting card, fingerprint and PIN; cards are standard Mifare 13.56 MHz. We handle device selection, installation and card printing; the school only needs power and internet at the gate.

Pricing

An annual licence per school based on student count. Terminals and cards are a one-time purchase, SMS packages are separate. The same card can also be used as a prepaid canteen card through our Solis Barkod POS.
