Our Services

Çelik Teknolojik Çözümler has been building software in İzmir since 2019. Our work falls into three areas: the corporate websites and e-commerce platforms that give a business its presence online, the custom software that takes over where off-the-shelf programs stop, and the products we develop and sell ourselves. We keep all three under one roof because a company's digital needs rarely stop at one item — the site goes live, then stock tracking follows, then advertising and content.

How we work

We listen to the process first. The problem at a grocery till is not the problem in a manufacturer's order tracking; instead of forcing one ready-made package onto both, we look at the actual work and decide together what is needed. That first conversation is free and commits you to nothing — sometimes the honest answer is "you don't need software for this", and we say so.

Once a project starts we do not deliver once and disappear. We walk you through the admin panel in person or remotely, and answer questions the same day during the first months. Every site we hand over has an admin panel: you update the content yourself instead of coming back to us for every small change.

You own the software

On corporate website and e-commerce projects we charge no monthly licence fee. When the project ends the software is yours: source files, database and admin panel are handed over. We can host it for you, or you can move it to your own server — and you do not have to decide that upfront, it can be moved later.

Our own products (Solis Barkod, Leo QR Menu) work differently: they are sold as annual subscriptions because they include continuous updates, cloud backup and support. We make clear which model fits you in the first conversation.

Who we work with

Most of our clients are in and around İzmir: grocery shops, restaurants, manufacturers, technical services and independent professionals in Çiğli, Karşıyaka, Bornova and Konak. We have delivered more than 240 projects so far — some single-page brochure sites, others retail automation systems that have been running for years.

We also work with companies elsewhere in Türkiye; installation and training happen over remote connection, with support by phone and WhatsApp. So being outside İzmir is not an obstacle — only the work that requires being on site (computer maintenance, till installation) is limited to İzmir and its surroundings.
